2. PROJECT APPROACH SCOPE OF WORK This scope of work describes our approach to completing the tasks outlined in the Request for Proposals. PMC is flexible and open to scope adjustments as required to best meet the needs of the City. PMC operates as an extension of City staff and will work hand in hand to produce a Housing Element that complies with state law and meets the unique needs of Pleasanton.Through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving, PMC will complete the Housing Element update on time and within budget.
