MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> December 3, 2013 <br /> Vice Mayor Cook-Kallio called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br /> Narum led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Vice Mayor Cook-Kallio <br /> Absent: Mayor Thorne <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho stated Item 11 was pulled and rescheduled to the December 17, 2013 meeting. <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> Mr. Fialho stated the Closed Session was cancelled. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular and special meeting minutes of November 5, 2013 and November 19, 2013 <br /> City Manager <br /> 2. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with New Cingular <br /> Wireless PCS, LLC for the installation of telecommunications equipment on the Doolan Tower <br /> located in the City of Livermore <br /> 3. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a MOU with i-GATE Innovation Hub for the <br /> City of Pleasanton's Participation as a Municipal Partner at $25,000 for 2014 <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute up to five professional services <br /> agreements with FirstCarbon Solutions not to exceed $22,000 per agreement for a total not to <br /> exceed $110,000 for services in association with the preparation of CEQA analysis for projects <br /> proposed at Staples Ranch <br /> Councilmember Brown noted she spoke with the City Manager regarding this item and requested it be <br /> a matter of record. She asked and Mr. Fialho confirmed that while the two auto dealers seeking to <br /> occupy the property in question have requested traffic specific CEQA analysis, there are no zoning <br /> changes to these sites or any other portion of the park including CLC and the community park relative <br /> to this item. Mr. Fialho further explained that the item relates to the environmental work that is <br /> conducted as part of any PUD submittal. <br />
