Voultsides recorded March 28, 1935, <br />in Book 3145 of Official Records at page 350 in the Office of the Alameda <br />County Recorder to the southwesterly corner of Lot 22 as said lot is <br />shown on the Map of "Addition No. 1 to the Town of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, Cal." filed August 16, 1907, in Book 23 of Maps at Page 23 in <br />the Office of the Alameda County Recorder; thence along the easterly line <br />of said Santa Rita Road (County Road No. 1533), North 8° 15' East, <br />658.82 feet to the point of intersection with the center line of the <br />1OO feet Western Pacific ~ailroad right of way; thence continuing along <br />the easterly line of said Santa Rita Road (County Road No. 1533) <br />North 8° Ol' 45" East, 671.0& feet to a point; said point being the <br />most northwesterly corner of that parcel of land described in that <br />certain deed from Mabel J. Ritenour and RuSh Y.
