Information architecture and content migration Content migration services • Up to 700 HTML pages will be migrated, as is, to the new navigation structure and styled appropriately to match the new design, employing styled tables and a clear information architecture and content hierarchy. • The City has the option of completing a portion of the content migration. If this occurs, Civica fees are$1,750 for 100 pages and $6,250 for 350 pages. $12,500 Documents,such as in PDFs or Word,files,are not considered pages,as they are extracted and entered into the FileBank and/or photo gallery system for use throughout the Web site. Should additional work on formatting these pages be required to fit new site style guidelines,Civica Software will modify that additional content at the price of$18.80 per page.
