MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> November 19, 2013 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Cook-Kallio <br /> led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS - None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> Assistant City Attorney Larissa Seto reported that the Council met in Closed Session for conference <br /> with legal counsel. No further reportable action was taken. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 13-644 setting the 2014 City Council Meeting <br /> Schedule <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2084 modifying the Development <br /> Agreements for several properties in Hacienda Phase I and Phase II to extend the Development <br /> Agreements by five years from 2013 to 2018. The properties are located at 5901 and <br /> 6001 Gibraltar Drive, 4225 and 4300 Hacienda Drive, 5800 and 5805 Owens Drive, 44501 <br /> Rosewood Drive, and 4747 Willow Road <br /> 4. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 13-645 authorizing the East Bay Regional Park <br /> District to use Alameda County Altamont Landfill Open Space Fund to purchase the Castleridge <br /> property <br /> 5. Accepted public improvements performed by A-1 Septic Tank Services, Inc. for the Valley Avenue <br /> Pedestrian Pathway project, CIP No. 115016; authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of <br /> completion, the payment of retention in the amount of $4,207.86 and the transfer of the project <br /> balance in the amount of$24,225 to the Measure B (Bikes & Pedesrians) Fund balance <br /> Economic Development <br /> 6. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 13-646 accepting and approving the <br /> Pleasanton Downtown Association Business Improvement District Advisory Board 2013 Report <br /> and 2014 Budget, declaring the Intention to Levy the Assessment for 2014 and setting the public <br /> hearing on the levy of the Assessment for December 3, 2013 <br />
