Accepted public improvements performed by Bortolussi & Watkins, Inc. for the Staples Ranch: Irrigation and Landscaping Improvements at El Charro Road and 1-580 Interchange project, CIP No. 115023; authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion, payment of retention in the amount of $14,916.71, retention of $25,000 until June 30, 2014 to meet miscellaneous costs related to city improvements for the Staples Ranch area, and the transfer of the project balance of $88,670 to the Stoneridge Specific Plan Fund balance; waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 13-642 approving an agreement with Caltrans for landscape maintenance within the State Highway Right of Way on 1-580 7. Las Positas Blvd. at Tassajara Creek Street Repair, CIP No. 115014; authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion and the payment of retention in them amount of$11,364.59 8. Approved the Teen Poet Laureate appointments of Nive Raghavan representing Amador High School and Diana Fu representing Foothill High School Finance 10. Commendation to recognize the 45th Anniversary of Eden Housing Andrea Osgood, Associate Director of Real Estate Development for Eden Housing, said they are very excited to celebrate 45 years of promoting fair and affordable housing to the local community.
