APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVING THIRD STREET FROM ABBIE STREET TO ANGELA STREET, IN THE TOWN OF PLEASA~TON That the plans and specifications for the improvmaent of ~hird Street from Abbie Street to Angela Street in the Town of Pleasanton, pre- sented and filed by CHARLES PESTANA with the City Council, be and they are hereby appreved and adopted as the plans and specifications for the said work of improvmnent; BE IT FURTH~2~ KESOLVED: That the City Ceuncil has ascertained, and does hereby ascertain that the prevailing rate of per,,diem waSes set forth in Exhibit A of said plans and specifications, is the prevailing rate of per diem wages in the vicinity of the Town of Pleasanton appli- cable to said work of improving Third Street frem Abbie Street to Angela Street in the Town of Pleasanton; BE IT FURTH~I~ RESOLv~J: That the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton be and she is hereby instructed to advertise for bids, and to give notice to bidders to submit bids, for the improvement of Third Street from Abbie Street to Angela Street in the Town of Pleasanton; to cause said notice to be published in accordance with law in the Plsasanton Times, and to have bids for the same submitted to the Ceuncil on or before the meeting of the City Council to be held on the l~th day of June , 195~, at 8:00 P.M.
