While the information isn't adjusted for Pleasanton or the Tri- <br /> Valley, it is recent, and gathered from a wide range of southern California communities that are part <br /> of the State's economy. Pleasanton will soon have its own nexus study in Band which will provide <br /> more precise metrics for our area. Nonetheless, one can safely assume it will show that both market- <br /> rate residential development and commercial development will increase Pleasanton's need to provide <br /> affordable workforce housing.
