EXHIBIT A <br /> Proposed Code Amendment <br /> Adding a New Chapter 17.38 (Density Bonus) to Title 17 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code <br /> B. Calculation of Incentives and Concessions. A developer who is eligible for a <br /> density bonus under subsections 17.38.030 (A), (B) or (D) may request and <br /> be eligible for one or more incentives or concessions. When requested by <br /> the developer, the city shall grant the incentives or concessions in the <br /> amount as follows: <br /> 1. One incentive or concession for projects that include at least 10 <br /> percent of the total units for low income households, at least 5 percent <br /> for very low income households, or at least 10 percent for persons and <br /> families of moderate income in a common interest development. <br /> 2. Two incentives or concessions for projects that include at least 20 <br /> percent of the total units for low income households, at least 10 <br /> percent for very low income households, or at least 20 percent for <br /> persons and families of moderate income in a common interest <br /> development. <br /> 3.
