EXHIBIT A <br />Proposed Code Amendment <br />Adding a New Chapter 17.38 (Density Bonus) to Title 17 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code <br />B. Calculation of Incentives and Concessions. A developer who is eligible for a <br />density bonus under subsections 17.38.030 (A), (B) or (D) may request and <br />be eligible for one or more incentives or concessions. When requested by <br />the developer, the city shall grant the incentives or concessions in the <br />amount as follows: <br />1. One incentive or concession for projects that include at least 10 <br />percent of the total units for low income households, at least 5 percent <br />for very low income households, or at least 10 percent for persons and <br />families of moderate income in a common interest development. <br />2. Two incentives or concessions for projects that include at least 20 <br />percent of the total units for low income households, at least 10 <br />percent for very low income households, or at least 20 percent for <br />persons and families of moderate income in a common interest <br />development. <br />3.
