EXHIBIT A <br />Proposed Code Amendment <br />Adding a New Chapter 17.38 (Density Bonus) to Title 17 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code <br />specific plan, or density established by the City's Housing Site Development <br />Standards and Design Guidelines for multi - family housing sites. <br />F. When calculating the required number of target units and the number of <br />permitted density bonus units, any calculations resulting in fractional units <br />shall be rounded to the next larger whole number. <br />G. The density bonus units shall not be included when determining the number <br />of target units required to qualify for a density bonus pursuant to Section <br />17.38.030. <br />Table 17.38.040 <br />Density Bonus Summary <br />17.38.050 Incentives and Concessions <br />A.
