Plan (to supplement the City of Pleasanton's 2005 -2025 General Plan EIR certified in 2009), including the adopted Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations in City Council Resolution 12-492 are adequate to serve as the environmental documentation for this Project and satisfy all the requirements of CEQA. WHEREAS, at the public hearing on September 17, 2013, the City Council, after a review of the materials presented, approved the City's application to amend Condition of Approval No. 2.D. of City Council Ordinance No. 1596 to exclude the seven sites shown on the attached Exhibit B from the total gross floor area within Hacienda. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. Case Nos. PUD- 81- 30 -55M and PUD- 85- 08 -27M, the application of the City of Pleasanton for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Major Modification, are approved, subject to the Conditions of Approval as shown on the attached Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. It approves the amendment of Condition of Approval No. 2.D. of City Council Ordinance No. 1596 to exclude the seven sites shown on the attached Exhibit B, incorporated herein by reference, from the total gross floor area within Hacienda. SECTION 3. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its adoption in the "Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for 15 days in the City Clerk's office within 15 days after its adoption. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption.
