Plan (to supplement the City of Pleasanton's 2005 -2025 General Plan EIR certified in <br />2009), including the adopted Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations in <br />City Council Resolution 12-492 are adequate to serve as the environmental <br />documentation for this Project and satisfy all the requirements of CEQA. <br />WHEREAS, at the public hearing on September 17, 2013, the City Council, after <br />a review of the materials presented, approved the City's application to amend Condition <br />of Approval No. 2.D. of City Council Ordinance No. 1596 to exclude the seven sites <br />shown on the attached Exhibit B from the total gross floor area within Hacienda. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES HEREBY ORDAIN THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Case Nos. PUD- 81- 30 -55M and PUD- 85- 08 -27M, the application of <br />the City of Pleasanton for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Major Modification, are <br />approved, subject to the Conditions of Approval as shown on the attached Exhibit A, <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. It approves the amendment of Condition of Approval No. 2.D. of <br />City Council Ordinance No. 1596 to exclude the seven sites shown on the attached <br />Exhibit B, incorporated herein by reference, from the total gross floor area within <br />Hacienda. <br />SECTION 3. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within <br />15 days after its adoption in the "Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br />15 days in the City Clerk's office within 15 days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage <br />and adoption. <br />The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton on September 17, 2013 by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />
