Exception: The use of fireworks as part of a professional display, operated by a California State licensed pyrotechnic operator as set forth in Section 5601.1 20.24.390 CFC Section 5608.3 added — Seizure of Fireworks. 5608.3 Seizure of Fireworks. The Fire Chief shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed at the expense of the owner all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale, stored or held in violation of this article. 20.24.400 CFC Section 5704.2.7.5.8 amended - Exception. The following definitions are added to read: Moderately Toxic Gas. A chemical or substance that has a median lethal concentration (LC50) in air more than 2000 parts per million but not more than 5000 parts per million by volume of gas or vapor, when administered by continuous inhalation for an hour, or less if death occurs within one hour, to albino rats weighing between 200 and 300 grams each. Maximum Threshold Quantity (Max TQ). The maximum quantity of a moderately toxic or toxic gas, which may be stored in a single vessel before a more stringent category of regulation is applied. The following equation shall be used to calculate the Max TQ: Max TQ (pounds) = LC50 (ppm) x 2 lb. Gas Mixtures, the LC50 value for a gas mixture containing toxic, highly toxic or moderately toxic components shall be calculated using the formula in Appendix E, Section 103.1.3.1. 20.24.430 CFC Section 6004.1.4 added — Automatic shutoff valve. Section 6004.1.4 is added to read:
