SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL Fire 136. Access for this project is acceptable by the Fire Marshal as currently shown on the PUD development plan. Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshal, the project applicant/developer shall not modify the site access that deviates from the following requirements: Buildings or portions of buildings or facilities exceeding 30 feet in height above the lowest level of fire department vehicle access shall be provided with approved fire apparatus access roads capable of accommodating fire department aerial apparatus. The fire apparatus access roads shall have a minimum unobstructed width of 20 feet in the immediate vicinity of any building or portion of building more than 30 feet in height. At least one of the required access routes meeting this condition shall be located within a minimum of 15 feet and a maximum of 30 feet from the building, and shall be positioned parallel to one entire side of the building. Where fire access through or around the site involves changes in direction or curves, the minimum - turning radius shall be as follows: an inside radius of 45 feet and outside radius of 55 feet shall be provided to facilitate fire truck turning radius for entry and exit from the site. 137. Fire flow and duration shall be provided in accordance with 2010 CFC Appendix B. 138. Installation drawings can be a deferred submittal for these plans. The underground pipeline contractor shall submit a minimum of three (3) sets of installation drawings to the Building Department, to be reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau. The plans shall have 'the contractor's wet stamp indicating the California contractor license type, license number and must be signed. No underground pipeline inspections will be conducted prior Ito the approval of the installation plans. 139.
