City of Pleasanton Satisfaction Survey Proposal <br /> Page 7 <br /> Finally, FM3 can convert the raw electronic data to ASCII format or virtually any other <br /> commonly used format, so that the actual responses to the survey can be transmitted <br /> electronically to the City at the conclusion of the study and be available for rr anipulation and <br /> analysis by the City staff. All data entry and tabulation is performed on PCs. <br /> Reports and Presentations: FM3 will produce a PowerPoint presentation, wt ich will present <br /> key data in tabular and graph form, identify key findings and conclusions, and offer actionable <br /> recommendations (if desired). After a draft report has been reviewed and com vented upon by <br /> the City staff, FM3 will incorporate necessary edits and submit its final report. Finally, FM3 will <br /> make detailed PowerPoint presentations of the survey results to the City's mana€ement team and <br /> City Council. <br /> Among the key features of FM3's reporting are the following: <br /> ✓ Final survey questionnaire <br /> ✓ Topline survey results (the survey questionnaire with response percentages for each <br /> response code) <br /> ✓ Cross-tabulated results (responses to all survey questions segmented by demographic, <br /> geographic, attitudinal and behavioral subgroups of respondents) <br /> ✓ In-person PowerPoint presentation(s) of key findings (color slices highlighting <br /> important findings, conclusions and actionable recommendations) <br /> ✓ Raw data from the survey in electronic form (delivered in a file format chosen by the <br /> City) <br /> After the report and presentations have been completed, FM3 staff will remain available to <br /> answer follow-up questions from the City. If the need arises, FM3 can do fu titer analysis to <br /> provide answers to follow-up questions that may be posed by City staff. <br /> Project Timeline: FM3 is ready to begin work on the Pleasanton Satisfacticn Survey at the <br /> City's request. A summary of the project milestones follows below. FM3 can shorten or <br /> lengthen the timetable at the City's request. FM3 is prepared to complete the project and all <br /> deliverables by the end of September, 2013. <br /> Week 1 <br /> • Authorization to proceed; kick-off meeting <br /> • Review and modify scope of work <br /> • Finalize research methodology and sample specifications <br /> • Develop questions for the survey <br /> Week 2 <br /> • Circulate survey draft for comment <br /> • Edit and refine survey <br /> • Finalize survey draft <br /> • Program survey <br /> Fairbank, <br /> Muslin, <br /> Maallin, <br /> Metz& <br /> Associates <br /> FM3 <br />
