1TAL MATERIAL <br /> lc the City Council <br /> istritiutionof Packet <br /> Pleasanton City Council Members Datc � 79"Y/ <br /> Regarding the old home at 4202 Stanley Blvd, I have just gone into contract with a <br /> group to restore and update the home to make it suitable for a hon-e office type <br /> property, I think the current zoning would allow a business use and that is what <br /> they would ultimately like to end up with. In fact one of the buyer's grandmother <br /> Ms. Mattie Tucker used to live in the home and owned and ran the old trailer park <br /> over 50 years ago. Her grandson Jim Hoffman is the lead man in acquiring this <br /> home and renovating it to a suitable condition as noted below. He i ; very excited <br /> to have this opportunity to work on a home that he once played in as a young <br /> man over 50 years ago. <br /> Here is a sample of what is planned for the home. <br /> New flooring <br /> New bathrooms and Kitchens <br /> Updated wiring and plumbing <br /> New roofing <br /> Of course painting inside and out. <br /> New landscaping <br /> Update the heating and Air conditioning <br /> The complete interior will be redone with new ceilings and crown molding. <br /> Basically once the home is complete it will be in excellent condition yet will still <br /> have the old charm of down town Pleasanton.
