Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans, <br /> color/material board, Multifamily GreenPoint Checklist, LEEC checklist, and <br /> related materials such as the traffic noise analysis and tree report, Exhibit B, on <br /> file with the Planning Division, except as modified by these conditions.
