The developer's or applicant's engineer shall submit calculations <br /> and product submittals to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to the <br /> issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner. <br /> Traffic Division <br /> 94. Comprehensive traffic control measures shall be implemented during <br /> construction, including scheduling of major truck trips and deliveries, to avoid <br /> peak travel hours. If necessary, as determined by the Traffic Engineer, proper <br /> lane closure procedures such as flagger stations, signage, cones, and other <br /> warning devices shall be implemented during construction. <br /> 95. The haul route for all materials to and from the project shall be approved by the <br /> Deputy Director of Community Development, Transportation prior to the issuance <br /> of a permit, and shall include the provision to monitor the street surfaces used for <br /> the haul route so that any damage and debris attributable to the haul trucks is <br /> identified and corrected at the expense of the project applicant or developer. <br /> 96. Plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for permits shall show a trail <br /> gate and path for access to the Arroyo del Valle trail subject to review and <br /> approval by the Deputy Director of Community Development, Transportation. <br /> The access point shall be located on the south eastern edge of the property and <br /> path shall be ADA compliant. Project developer is encouraged to work with <br /> PG&E to obtain the necessary easements for access through P3&E property to <br /> the Arroyo del Valle Trail. <br /> 97. Unless otherwise approved by the Deputy Director of Community Development, <br /> Transportation, all residential parking spaces shall conform to the dimensions <br /> required by the Housing Site Development Standards and Design Guidelines. <br /> Commercial parking spaces shall conform to the dimensions required by the City <br /> of Pleasanton Municipal Code. Plans submitted to the Builc ing Division for <br /> permits shall have the dimensions noted on the plans. <br /> 98. Unless otherwise approved by the Director of Community Development, all <br /> residential drive aisles shall conform to the dimensions required by the Housing <br /> Site Development Standards and Design Guidelines. Commercial drive aisles <br /> shall conform to the dimensions required by the City of Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code. Plans submitted to the Building Division for permits shall have the <br /> dimensions noted on the plans. <br /> 99. Prior to issuance of the building permit, the applicant shall submit a phasing plan <br /> for the project subject to review and approval by the Director of Community <br /> Development.
