e. Drugstore and prescription pharmacies with 24-hour drive-through operation. <br /> Drive-through sales shall be limited to prescription medications only. <br /> f. Furniture stores <br /> g. Interior decorator shops and design services, including showrooms <br /> h. Electronic retail sales with no repair services, of telephones, pagers, cellular <br /> telephones, personal computers and software, televisions, radios, stereos, <br /> and similar items <br /> i. Kitchen supply stores and accessories with ancillary demonstration, classes, <br /> and cutlery sharpening. <br /> j. Medical offices including dental, optometry, chiropractic and other such uses <br /> typically found in neighborhood shopping centers. Total square footage of <br /> medical office tenants in the subject shopping center shall not exceed 5,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> k. Wine shops and tasting rooms for wineries, excluding liquor stores. <br /> 4. The PUD development plan shall expire two years from the effective date of this <br /> ordinance unless a building permit is issued and construction has commenced and is <br /> diligently pursued, or pursuant to an approved Development Agreement. <br /> 51.The leases for the apartment units shall include a disclosure of possible noise sources <br /> in the project vicinity. In addition, for any on-site noise disturbances the <br /> applicant/developer shall establish procedures and a contact phone number for a site <br /> manager the residents can call to address any noise complaints. The disclosure and <br /> procedures shall be submitted to the City Attorney for review and approval before <br /> leasing the first apartment unit. <br /> Staff recommends the following condition be added: <br /> 71.Regardless of whether the commercial portion of the project is constructed before, <br /> after, or concurrently with the residential portion, the project developer shall <br /> construct the "corner treatment" at the northwest corner of the site and all <br /> landscaping immediately adjacent to Stanley Boulevard and Bernal Avenue along <br /> commercial project frontage, subiect to the satisfaction of the Director of Community <br /> Development. If the commercial portion is constructed after the residential portion, <br /> these elements must be installed prior to the last final inspection by the Building and <br /> Safety Division for the residential buildings. If the commercial portion is constructed <br /> before or concurrently with the residential portion, these elements must be installed <br /> prior to the last final inspection by the Building and Safety Division for the <br /> commercial buildings. <br />
