Vicinity Map t <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The project consists of a series of related land use entitlements: RID development <br /> plan, affordable housing agreement, growth management approval, aid development <br /> agreement. These are summarized below and are described fully in the attached <br /> Planning Commission and Housing Commission staff reports. <br /> The applicant proposes to construct 345-residential units on approximately 11.5-acres <br /> and up to approximately 38,781-square-feet of commercial space on approximately 4.5- <br /> acres of the total 16-acre project site.
