7. Approved and authroized the City Manager to enter into a maintenance agreement with Cal-West <br /> Lighting and Signal Maintenance, Inc. for a monthly amount of $150 per traffic signal for Traffic <br /> Signal Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services; and authorized the Director of Communtiy <br /> Development to review and approve future contact extentions <br /> 8. Approved plans and specifications, reviewd bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to to <br /> enter into a contract with Ghilotti Construction Company in the amount of $1,007,765.70 for the <br /> Staples Ranch: Stoneridge Sound Attenuating Pavement and Vineyard Avenue Overlay project, <br /> CIP No. 125024; authorized the transfer of $271,980 from the Annual Resufacting of Various City <br /> Streets project (CIP No. 125003) to this project and authorized the Director of Communtiy <br /> Development to approve and execute contract change orders not to exceed $100,777 <br /> 9. Wavied second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2071 approving the application of St. Anton <br /> Partners, Inc. (Anton Hacienda Apartments) for a PUD Development Plan (PUD-81-30-87D) for <br /> 168 apartment units and related site improvements at 5729 West Las Positas Boulevard <br /> Councilmember Brown said Carmen Rivera-Hendricksen would very much like to be a part of the <br /> review process for any projects with ADA or universal design components and asked if the developer <br /> would be amenable to her involvement. <br /> Ardi Zahedani, St. Anton Partners, confirmed. He noted that he had already provided Ms. Rivera- <br /> Hendricksen with some information and that the greater detail provided in architectural drawings is not <br /> yet ready. <br /> 10. Wavied second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2072 approving the application of Hai Huan <br /> Du-Lund; Tranquil Massage Center for a PUD Major Modification (PUD-84-04) governing the <br /> Meadow Plaza Shopping Center to allow massage establishments where three or fewer massage <br /> technicians provide massage services at any one time as a permitted use and massage <br /> establishments where four or more massage technicians provide massage services at any one <br /> time as a conditional permitted use at 3112, 3120, and 3128 Santa Rita Road, as filed under Case <br /> No. PUD-84-04-07M <br /> 11. Wavied second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2073 approving the application Stoneridge <br /> Properties, LLC (Simon Property Group) for a five-year extention of its Development Agreement <br /> regarding an approximately 362,790 sq. ft. expansion to the Stoneridge Shopping Center located <br /> at 1-1700 Stoneridge Mall Road, as filed under Case No. P12-1820 <br /> 12. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 13-631 authorizing submittal of an application <br /> for funding to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for the Valley Avenue and Hopyard <br /> Road Rehabilitation Project <br /> Community Services <br /> 13. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Design <br /> Professional Services agreement for Bernal Community Park, Phase 2 with Harris Design not to <br /> exceed $127,771 plus a 5% contingency of$6,400 <br /> Finance <br /> 14. Approved and authorized issuance of 2013/14FY Recurring Purchase Orders to various vendors <br /> 15.
