Approved regular meeting minutes of May 21, 2013 <br /> City Attorney <br /> 2. Authorized the City Attorney to enter into on behalf of the City a Certification and Mutual <br /> Indemnification Agreement with the County of Alameda relating to Collection of Taxes, <br /> Assessments and Fees through Secured Property Tax Bills <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 13-625 authorizing a one-time payment equal to <br /> 3% of salary for City of Pleasanton management employees <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with <br /> Metropolitan Planning Group (MPG) for Planning Services in an amount not.:o exceed $43,000 <br /> 6. Public Hearing: Waived full reading and adopted resolutions approving 2013-14 annual <br /> assessments for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Districts: Resolution No. 13-626 <br /> confirming the engineers report and levying the 2013-14 annual assessmeit for Landscape and <br /> Lighting Maintenance District 1993-1 (Windsor); Resolution No. 13-627 confirming the engineers <br /> report and levying the 2013-14 annual assessment for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance <br /> District 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); Resolution No. 13-628 confirming the engineers report and <br /> levying the 2013-14 annual assessment for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District 1993-2 <br /> (Bonde Ranch); Resolution No. 13-629 confirming the engineers report and levying the 2013-14 <br /> annual assessment for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District 1995-'I (Moller Ranch); and <br /> Resolution No. 13-630 confirming the engineers report and levying the 2013-14 annual <br /> assessment for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District 1984-1 (Ponderosa); and <br /> appropriate $11,560 from the applicable City Funds (General Fund and Water Fund) to the <br /> respective Districts <br />
