<br />Sec. 7.103. Underground Utilities.
<br />Electric and communication service wires to a new structure sha]

<br />of Public Works finds, upon application by the property turner, tbs
<br />compliance is not feasible or economically justifiable, he shall pe~
<br />mit different service arrangements. The property owner shall cog
<br />ply with the requirenmnts of this section without expense to th.
<br />City a,nd shall make the necessary arrangements with the publi
<br />utility involved.

<br />Sec. 7.104. Off-Street Parking.
<br />Off-street parking facilities shall be provided for each use as pre
<br />scribed in Article 15, (Off-Street Parking Facilities)
<br />
<br />Sec. 7.105. Off-Street Loading.
<br />Off-Street loading facilities shall be provided for each use as pre
<br /> scribed in Article 16, (Off-Street Loading Facilities).
<br />
<br />Sec. 7.106. Signs.
<br />No sign, outdoor advertising structure, or display of any characte:
<br />shall be permitted, except as prescribed i,n Article 17, (Signs).
<br />
<br />Sec. 7,107. Design Review.
<br />All permitted and eondifional uses shall be subject to design revie~
<br />as prescribed in Article 18, (Design Review). Applicants are advise(
<br />to confer with the Zoning Administrator before preparing detaile(
<br />plans.
