Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with Pacific Coast Repertory <br /> Theatre in the amount of$150,000 for Theatrical Production Services <br /> 10. Approved appointment of Sandra Harrison Kay as City Poet Laureate for 2013-2015 <br /> Finance <br /> 11. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for March 2013 <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Pentin/Cook-Kallio to approve Consent Calendar, as amended. Motion carried <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: One Vacancy <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 12. Presentation of a Proclamation proclaiming May "Older Americans Month" <br /> Raymond Figueroa, Recreation Coordinator at Pleasanton Senior Center, provided a brief overview of <br /> the history of Older Americans Month. He stated that Pleasanton has been extremely supportive of its <br /> mature adult community. Through its Community Services Department and the Senior Center, the City <br /> has sponsored a wide scope of lifelong learning, recreational and social opportunities. The Senior <br /> Center also works closely with community partners to offer a number of free and low cost services and <br /> resources.
