83. The Creek Trail '/ mile route markers shown on Sheet L1.17 of the development plans <br /> may be installed at the discretion of the applicant/developer. If the applicant/developer <br /> decides to install said route markers, the applicant/developer shall obtain approval from <br /> Zone 7 prior to installation. Written proof of compliance with this condition shall be <br /> provided by the applicant/developer to the City. <br /> 84. Unless otherwise approved by the Director of Community Development, all new office <br /> parking spaces shall conform to the dimensions required by the Hacienda Design <br /> Guidelines. Plans submitted to the Building Division for permits shall have the dimensions <br /> noted on the plans. <br /> 85. The applicant and/or responsible party shall maintain landscaping at all project <br /> entrance/exits, including the easterly Owens Drive driveway intersection, to maintain sight <br /> distance by keeping shrubs no higher than approximately 30 inches and tree canopies <br /> approximately six feet from the ground. <br /> 86. All applicable building permit plan sheets shall be modified to show two crosswalks in the <br /> eastern drive aisle as shown on the PUD landscape plans. The southernmost crosswalk <br /> in the eastern drive aisle shall include a speed table to slow vehicular traffic. Said <br /> modifications shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval by the Traffic Engineer pior to issuance of <br /> building permits for the project. <br /> 87. The applicant/developer shall modify the submitted plans to include an enhanced <br /> pedestrian crossing through the retail parking lot; this design shall include a speed table <br /> to control vehicle speed and encourage pedestrian activity. Said modifications shall be <br /> shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the <br /> review and approval by the Traffic Engineer prior to issuance of build ng permits for the <br /> project. <br /> Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department <br /> 88. The buildings and parking garage covered by this approval shall be equipped with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system shall be submitted for review and approval by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire <br /> Department prior to installation. The fire alarm system, including water flow and valve <br /> tamper, shall have shop drawings submitted for review and approval by the Livermore- <br /> Pleasanton Fire Department prior to installation. All required inspections and witnessing <br /> of tests shall be completed prior to final inspection and occupancy of the building(s). <br /> 89. Valve tamper and water flow shall be monitored by an approved supervising station in <br /> accordance with NFPA 72 and the California Fire Code. <br /> 90. Access for this project is acceptable by the Fire Marshal as currently shown on the PUD <br /> development plan. Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshal, the <br /> applicant/developer shall not modify the site access that deviates from the following <br /> requirements: Buildings or portions of buildings or facilities exceeding 30 feet (9144 mm) <br /> in height above the lowest level of fire department vehicle access shall be provided with <br /> approved fire apparatus access roads capable of accommodating fire department aerial <br /> apparatus. Fire apparatus access roads shall have a minimum unobstructed width of 26 <br /> 13 of 30 <br />
