Resolution No. 03-024 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the staffreport (SR 03:071) and all <br /> oral and written testimony. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Based upon the findings set forth above, the City Council amends the Master Fee <br />Schedule regarding the In-Lieu Park Dedication Fee as follows: <br /> <br />In-Lieu Park Dedication Fee per lot or unit: <br /> <br />Single-family detached $9,707 <br />Single-family attached (2 or fewer units) $9.707 <br />Multi-family (3 or more units) $7,969 <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective sixty (60) days after the date of its passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 1, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, and Hosterman <br />None <br />Councilmember Campbell and Mayor Pico <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
