Chairperson Malindzak closed the meeting for agency presentations at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Ms. Hopkins reviewed Attachment 3 of the Staff Report with Commissioners, which outlined <br /> funding requests by the agencies, the average funding recommendation, and comments by staff. <br /> She also reviewed Attachment 4 that showed the recommended amounts if all were funded at <br /> 60%. The Commission was informed that Kidango does not have a Pleasanton Board Member <br /> and if funding was allocated they would need to meet this requirement. Ms. Hopkins also <br /> confirmed that Gatehouse Academy had provided required 2012 Tax documents. <br /> Commissioners reviewed all of the application requests and took into consideration the <br /> information received from the agency presentations. They then provided their individual <br /> recommendations, took into consideration all of the facts, and came up with their final <br /> recommendations. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hadley, seconded by Commissioner Pearce, approving <br /> the following funding recommendations to be forwarded to City Council for final review and <br /> consideration: <br /> $ 0 Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society (Museum on Main - Kid's Corner) <br /> $ 0 Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society (Museum on Main -Youth Program <br /> Technology Enhancement) <br /> $ 7,500 Axis Community Health (HPV Vaccines for Low-Income Tri-Valley Teens) <br /> $ 4,000 Child Care Links (Youth Education and Services) <br /> $ 3,313 Community Resources for Independent Living (Leadership Academy) <br /> $ 0 Kidango (Incredible Families) <br /> $ 2,400 Partners for Golf, Inc. (Life Skills Experience) <br /> $27,007 Rotary Club of Pleasanton (Community Farm — Site Design) <br /> $ 3,500 The Gatehouse Academy (enGAGE!
