COMMISSION REPORTS <br /> Committee Meetings <br /> a. PCAC Event Support <br /> Ms. Crose advised that the Committee is making good progress, have advertised for artists, <br /> chalk artists have been determined, pianos have been secured and placement is being <br /> considered. Work is taking place on logistic details, art sale, etc. <br /> b. Parks and Recreation Master Plan Steering Committee <br /> Ms. Crose advised results from the third Workshop have been received and a draft outline of <br /> the Plan and Needs Assessment have been put together. The next meeting is scheduled for <br /> March 14, 2013. <br /> c. Cultural Plan Update Steering Committee <br /> Commissioner De Baca Martens and Chairperson McLane advised that information was sent <br /> to the Committee online and will be going out to the community. She was not sure what has <br /> been done with the information that was provided by Committee members. Ms. Crose advised <br /> that survey information would soon go out to the community and results will go to the steering <br /> committee and this commission soon. Another meeting with the consultants is scheduled for <br /> April 21 and several workshops are planned. <br /> d. Public Art Selection Sub-Committee <br /> Commissioner Wedge advised that the Committee met on February 15 and reviewed a <br /> number of art sculptures and suitable locations. The Committee is trying to process whether <br /> all suggestions will be approved or are appropriate. <br /> COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> There were none. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> Ms. Crose discussed the following agenda items for the next meeting: <br /> a. Presentation from the Civic Arts Department. <br /> b. Review of Pacific Coast Repertory Theatre Company's contract. <br /> c. Review of San Francisco Shakespeare contract. <br /> d.
