o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />If required by the Chief Building and Safety Official, the applicant shall submit a site <br />soils report with the building plan check materials. The soils report will not be required <br />if the basement is deleted. The soils report shall evaluate the presence of groundwater <br />and/or springs on the site and shall recommend measures to prevent any seepage created <br />by the basement onto the adjoining property. If deemed necessary by the Chief Building <br />and Safety Official, a third party peer review of the soil report shall be completed. The <br />City will select all third party peer reviewers. All third party peer reviews shall be paid <br />for by the building developer at the time specified by the Chief Building and Safety Offi- <br />cial. <br /> <br />All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muf- <br />fling devices. <br /> <br />Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />The applicant shall work with the Planning Department staff to add design detailing to <br />the side building elevation of the addition for greater architectural variety and visual in- <br />terest. This change shall be shown on the building permit plan set to the satisfaction of <br />the Planning Director before issuance of the building permit. <br /> <br />The final location of the relocated HVAC unit shall be submitted for review and approval <br />by the Planning Director in conjunction with the building permit application, who may <br />require sound attenuation as necessary to avoid impacts to the adjoining properties. <br /> <br />< End > <br /> <br />PADR-729 (PAP-52) Final Conditions of Approval Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
