This despite the unanimous (5 to 0) determination by the Planning Commission that a <br /> road is a structure. <br /> My family would like to see no grading on slopes greater than 25% required by Measure PP, up held as it has already <br /> been determined. <br /> Since this week is Pleasanton school's Spring Break, many families are out of town.
