This is common sense.
As has been in the plans for some time, Sycamore Creek Way, and NOT Lund Ranch Road, is the road that should be the
exclusive and only entry/exit road for the proposed Greenbriar Homes Lund Ranch II PUD, as has been indicated and
stipulated many times in the planning for this PUD since the beginning, including in written notifications to all those who
have bought homes on Sycamore Creek Way that Sycamore Creek Way would be extended into this planned housing
development as the entry and exit road.
Long-standing written agreements between residents of Pleasanton, going back some 20+ years, should be honored and
not ignored or discarded, including ones that specify that the entry/exit road for Lund Ranch II would/will be Sycamore
Creek Way, and not Lund Ranch Road.
You should also seriously consider the negative ramifications of voting otherwise (that a road is a structure), namely, that
the extensive planning for the North Sycamore Specific Plan, and the Happy Valley Specific Plan, will be reversed and
repealed. Forget about a by-pass road.
COMMON SENSE demands that you DO THE RIGHT THING.
Adopt the City Staff Recommendation and find that a road is NOT a"structure" under Measure PP (or under any
circumstance), and let's STOP THIS NONSENSE now.
Thank you.
Mark Priscaro
Pleasanton homeowner, voter, and taxpayer
1
