(Sara Nealy arrived at <br /> 6:50 p.m.) <br /> Commissioners Absent: John Loll and Heidi Massie <br /> Staff Present: Michele Crose, Community Services Manager; Kathleen Yurchak, <br /> Community Services Manager; and Edith CapDnigro, Recording <br /> Secretary. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> There were none. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Ms. Grose advised that staff had sought advice on the correct procedure for approving <br /> minutes. She informed the Commission that minutes could be approved by a Commissioner <br /> who had not attended the meeting, and Commissioners could have it noted in the approval <br /> process that they had not attended. <br /> See Item 6 for Amendment language. <br /> 1. Approve regular meeting minutes of October 1, 2012 <br /> A motion was made by Chairperson McLane, seconded by Commissioner Wheeler, to approve <br /> the minutes from the October 1, 2012 meeting. The motion was approved. Commissioners <br /> Wedge and Wheeler indicated they did not attend the meeting. <br /> 2.
