DRAFT <br /> Chair Blank stated that he had not thought about what Commissioner Posson <br /> mentioned and what the developer said, and so he is glad the Commission went <br /> through this process. He noted that it was very valuable for him. <br /> Commissioner Pearce agreed and added that she also learned something new. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, O'Connor, Olson, Pearce, and <br /> Posson. <br /> NOES: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br /> RECUSED: None. <br /> ABSENT: None. <br /> Resolutions Nos. PC-2013-16 recommending approval of Case PUD-08-01 D-04M and <br /> PC-2013-17 recommending approval of P13-0030 were entered and adopted as <br /> motioned. <br /> Chair Blank asked staff if, from a process perspective and because it is not on the <br /> Agenda, the Commission needs to vote to agendize the following motion or if the <br /> Commission can just go ahead and do it. <br /> Mr. Dolan replied that the Commission can go ahead and just do it. <br /> Commissioner Pearce moved that the Planning Commission recommend to the <br /> City Council that it create policy direction regarding affordable housing to assist <br /> the Housing Commission in its affordable housing recommendations as other <br /> housing projects move forward. <br /> Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, O'Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br /> NOES: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br /> RECUSED: None. <br /> ABSENT: None. <br /> DRAFT EXCERPT: PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, 3/27/2013 Page 22 of 22 <br />
