Better and More Visuals — He presented a photo simulation that was in the previous <br /> package but was important to keep because it really does put that statement out <br /> there with that corner retail and the outdoor plaza. Another simulation is along <br /> Rosewood Drive looking south, and the driveway is the one on the western edge. A <br /> third one which had been previously presented is on Owens Drive looking at the <br /> podium building towards the west. <br /> Commissioner Pearce inquired if this accurately reflects the landscape. <br /> Mr. Kang replied that it does more so than the modeling. He then presented another <br /> photo-simulation taken from the roof of the southernmost buildings on campus; the <br /> podium building is off a distance to the left, with the amenity central hub area and <br /> the four gardens. They added other sketch up snapshots to give an overview about <br /> how the building hierarchy goes from one story to three stories, with the higher taller <br /> buildings towards the back where there is more of a natural canopy that is grown <br /> over by Tassajara Creek. <br /> Mr. Kang stated that they have a 3-D model that they would be happy to walk the <br /> Commissioners through if there is time and if there is a need. <br /> Mr. lnderbitzen stated that he would like some clarification on three conditions in the <br /> Conditions of Approval and a few sections in the Development Agreement: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. Condition No. 40 — no stockpiling of dirt on the site. He thinks this really means no <br /> permanent stockpiling of dirt on the site, but they would always have an occasion to <br /> temporarily do that during the course of construction. He could work with staff on <br /> where that is and for how long, but noted that during the course of construction there <br /> would be some temporary stockpiling. <br /> 2. Condition No. 55 — gray water. This is a standard condition now that staff is moving <br /> forward with.
