improvements shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance and shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval by the Director of Community Development <br /> prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 15. The parking/storing of boats, campers, recreational vehicles, and/or trailers on site <br /> or in any parking space (i.e., carport, garage, or uncovered space) shall be <br /> prohibited. The garages shall not be modified or used for storage in a manner <br /> that would interfere with the ability to park cars within the garage. In addition, the <br /> storage of materials in the carports or uncovered parking spaces shall be <br /> prohibited. The applicant/property manager shall be responsible for enforcing <br /> these restrictions, which shall be stated clearly in all leases. <br /> 16. Details of how the shared office/apartment parking spaces will be identified and <br /> regulated shall be provided with the plans submitted for issuance of building <br /> permits. Said details shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of <br /> Community Development prior to occupancy of the apartment project. <br /> 17. The applicant/developer shall provide carpool/vanpool spaces in the office parking <br /> areas consistent with the number required by the Hacienda Guidelines. Said <br /> spaces shall be signed/striped in compliance with the Hacienda Guidelines. The <br /> office carpool/vanpool parking spaces shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br /> issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by <br /> the Director of Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for <br /> the project. <br /> 18. All parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided for the surface <br /> parking spaces unless the spaces are fronted by concrete curbs, in which case <br /> sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the ends of all parking spaces to <br /> accommodate the overhang of automobiles. <br /> 19. The apartment windows shall be "punched" in from the exterior building wall or <br /> defined by well-designed trims subject to the satisfaction of the Director of <br /> Community Development. Window specifications and typical installation details <br /> shall be included with the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 20. The individual ground floor unit entries for the apartments shall be modified to be <br /> more prominent subject to the satisfaction of the Director of Community <br /> Development. Said modification shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br /> issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by <br /> the Director of Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for <br /> the project. <br /> 21. The reveals for the stucco and smooth cementitious panels shall be substantial <br /> enough to be discernible subject to the satisfaction of the Director of Community <br /> 4 of 34 <br />
