All applicable building permit plan sheets shall be modified to show two <br /> crosswalks in the eastern drive aisle as shown on the PUD landscape plans. The <br /> southernmost crosswalk in the eastern drive aisle shall include a speed table to <br /> slow vehicular traffic. Said modifications shall be shown on the plans submitted <br /> for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by <br /> the Traffic Engineer prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 85. The applicant/developer shall modify the submitted plans to include an enhanced <br /> pedestrian crossing through the retail parking lot; this design shall include a speed <br /> table to control vehicle speed and encourage pedestrian activity. Said <br /> modifications shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br /> permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Traffic Engineer <br /> prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department <br /> 86. The buildings and parking garage covered by this approval shall be equipped with <br /> an automatic fire sprinkler system. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire <br /> sprinkler system shall be submitted for review and approval by the Livermore- <br /> Pleasanton Fire Department prior to installation. The fire alarm system, including <br /> water flow and valve tamper, shall have shop drawings submitted for review and <br /> approval by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department prior to installation. All <br /> required inspections and witnessing of tests shall be completed prior to final <br /> inspection and occupancy of the building(s). <br /> 87. Valve tamper and water flow shall be monitored by an approved supervising <br /> station in accordance with NFPA 72 and the California Fire Code. <br /> 88. Access for this project is acceptable by the Fire Marshal as currently shown on <br /> the PUD development plan. Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshal, the <br /> applicant/developer shall not modify the site access that deviates from the <br /> following requirements: Buildings or portions of buildings or facilities exceeding <br /> 30 feet (9144 mm) in height above the lowest level of fire department vehicle <br /> access shall be provided with approved fire apparatus access roads capable of <br /> accommodating fire department aerial apparatus. Fire apparatus access roads <br /> shall have a minimum unobstructed width of 26 feet in the immediate vicinity of <br /> any building or portion of building more than 30 feet (9144 mm) in height. At least <br /> one of the required access routes meeting this condition shall be located within a <br /> minimum of 15 feet (4572 mm) and a maximum of 30 feet (9144 mm) from the <br /> building, and shall be positioned parallel to one entire side of the building. <br /> 15 of 34 <br />
