<br /> The project features are summarized below:
<br /> . Density: The project on the 8.4-acre site would include five residential buildings
<br /> housing 305 apartment units, three community/leasing office buildings totaling
<br /> approximately 6,830 sq. ft. in area, and two retail buildings totaling approximately
<br /> 7,520 sq. ft. in area. The density of the project is 36.3 dwelling units per acre on the
<br /> 8.4-acre project site.
<br /> . Site Layout: The site layout for the apartment and retail portion of the project
<br /> consists of: two, one-story retail buildings located at the western corner of the site
<br /> (Buildings R1 and R2); two, three-story L-shaped garden style buildings located
<br /> east of the retail buildings (Buildings G1 and G2); two, three-story garden style
<br /> buildings flanking the main entry drive off Owens Drive (Buildings G3); a 4%-story
<br /> podium style building located at the southern end of the project site (Building P);
<br /> and three, one-story community buildings centrally located near the residential
<br /> buildings at the northeastern portion of the site (Buildings C1-C3). Please refer to
