The project is now before the Council for final decision. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The approximately 60.9-acre California Center site is located within Hacienda. The site <br /> was developed in 1987-88 for AT&T and currently contains six, three- to six-story office <br /> buildings totaling approximately 966,531 sq. ft., an approximately 36,313 sq. ft. cafeteria <br /> building, and an approximately 14,007 sq. ft. conference building. <br /> Adjacent properties include the Archstone and Hacienda Commons Apartments to the <br /> south, on the opposite side of Owens Drive; Wal-Mart, Red Robin Restaurant, and <br /> Metro 580 Shopping Center to the west, on the opposite side of Rosewood Drive; and <br /> Eaves Pleasanton Apartments and several service commercial uses i:o the southeast <br /> and east, respectively, opposite the Tassajara Creek.
