of receiving a single integrated set of comments from City Staff and the EVC on this Revised Administrative Draft, SE will prepare a City Council Draft Economic Development Strategic Plan. SE will then participate in one City Council meeting/study session at which the draft plan is presented for consideration. Based on the input received from the City Council, SE will deliver a final Economic Development Strategic Plan. Deliverable: Framework outline of content and strategies,for City Staff and EVC review Deliverable:Administrative Draft of Economic Development Strategic Plan Deliverable: Revised Administrative Draft of Economic Development Strategic Plan Deliverable: City Council Draft of Economic Development Strategic Plan Deliverable: Final Economic Development Strategic Plan (ifrevisions are necessary) Task 9: Calls and Meetings (for budgeting purposes) As needed, SE will participate in scheduled monthly calls with the Economic Development Director, the EVC subcommittee, and/or City Staff to provide project updates and gather information. SE will attend four meetings of the full EVC. Anticipated agendas are as follows: • Meeting 1 (mid-April): Kick-off meeting to introduce the team, review the scope of work, schedule, and deliverables, and gather feedback from EVC members. • Meeting 2 (June) (Either the full EVC or just the subcommittee): Present the Administrative Draft economic assets summary report. • Meeting 3 (July): Prese I nt the Administrative Draft Background Report. • Meeting 4 (August): Task 8 study session to review the Economic Development Strategic Plan framework. • Meeting 5 (September): Present the Administrative Draft Economic Development Strategic Plan. SE will attend up to two meetings/study sessions with City Council. SE anticipates that the first meeting will be a presentation of the findings of the final Background Report and/or the Administrative Draft Strategic Plan, and the second will include presentation and discussion of the final Economic Development Strategic Plan.
