III. DESIGN, USE AND CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS <br /> 1. Permitted and Conditional Uses. The permitted and conditionally permitted <br /> uses will be as follows: <br /> Permitted Uses <br /> a. Parks, playgrounds, open space, and related uses. <br /> b. Stormwater detention basin and related uses. <br /> c. All permitted uses of the Public and Institutional district of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> d. Dry land hay farming until commencement of grading for the stormwater <br /> detention basin. <br /> Temporary Events and Uses <br /> a. Temporary events, and temporary sales events related to an on-site permitted <br /> use may be allowed, subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br /> Parks and Community Services. The event or sale may be for more than <br /> three days, subject to the review and approval of the Director of Parks and <br /> Community Services. <br /> 2. Site Development Standards. <br /> a. All future additions, site design changes, and new structures not shown in <br /> Exhibit B will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the <br /> purposes and requirements of Chapter 18.68 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code. All future site design changes, landscaping changes, building <br /> additions, and new buildings not conceptually shown on Exhibit B shall be <br /> subject to a PUD Modification process, except as otherwise conditioned. <br /> The final landscaping design and design, location, and colors of all structures <br /> shown on Exhibit B shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director <br /> of Parks and Community Services. The conceptual designs, locations, and <br /> colors are shown on the PUD plans. <br /> b. The restroom doors may face east, as shown on sheet L-1 of Exhibit B. <br /> c. The women's restroom and the men's restroom will have two stalls each, <br /> unless otherwise determined by the Director of Parks and Community <br /> Services, and each restroom will have a diaper changing station. <br /> d. The stormwater detention basin will have a 3:1 slope, unless otherwise <br /> determined by the City Engineer. <br /> Conditions of Approval/PUD-80 <br /> Page 7 of 25 <br />
