HENDRICK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP <br /> 1. The proposed development shall be in substantial conformance to the Development <br /> Plans, Preliminary Lighting Analysis, Green Point Checklist, Project Narrative, <br /> Waste Diversion Plan, Tree Report, and Tree Replacement Plan dated Received <br /> February 2, 2009, Exhibit B, and Transportation Management Plan (TSM) plan, and <br /> Plan to Reduce Air Pollution from Stationary Sources dated May 14, 2009, Exhibit <br /> B, on file with the Planning Division, except as modified by the following conditions. <br /> Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Director <br /> of Community Development if found to be in substantial conformance to the <br /> approved exhibits, Exhibits A-B, inclusive. <br /> 2. All conditions of approval related to car sales, leasing, rental, operation, <br /> maintenance, painting, repair, washing, fuel dispensing, fluid changing, shall also <br /> apply to motorcycles, boats, and recreational and commercial vehicles, except as <br /> otherwise specifically stated in the conditions of approval for this case. <br /> 3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the plans shall be revised such that: <br /> a. All plan sheets include a scale and scale bar. <br /> b. The top of the roof heights and top of the parapet heights are shown on all <br /> elevation drawings. <br /> 4. Hours of Operation. All permitted and conditional auto uses shall occur within the <br /> following hours of operation, unless otherwise approved by the Director of <br /> Community Development. <br /> Operation Monday-Friday Saturday Sunday <br /> Auto 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to <br /> Sales 9:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. <br /> Auto 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to <br /> Service 7:00 p.m. 6:30 p.m. 6:00 p.m. <br /> An auto sale with a customer can continue after 9:00 p.m., if the customer arrived <br /> on the PUD site before 9:00 p.m. <br /> 5. Permitted and Conditional Uses. <br /> a. The permitted uses shall be all auto sales, rental, leasing, service, <br /> upholstery, minor touch up painting, washing, and fueling uses of the of the <br /> CS (Service Commercial) District (Note that motorcycle-related uses of any <br /> kind are not permitted uses) and the following uses of the CS District: <br /> Permitted Uses <br /> (i.)
