d. The green building project checklist shall be subject to the review and <br /> approval of the Green Building Compliance Official and the Building and <br /> Safety Division prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> e. During construction prior approval from the Green Building Compliance <br /> Official must be received before any changes are constituted to the green <br /> building project checklist. <br /> f. The applicant's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the <br /> City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site or City <br /> right of way. <br /> g. All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances <br /> in effect before the Building and Safety Division will issue permits. <br /> h. The applicants shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for <br /> the project prior to the commencement of construction. <br /> i. The applicants shall submit a building survey and/or record of survey and a <br /> site development plan in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.68 of <br /> the Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton. These plans snail be approved <br /> by the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a building permit. The <br /> site development plan shall include all required information to design and <br /> construct site, grading, paving, drainage, and utilities. Specific items to be <br /> indicated on the site development plan necessary to construct the <br /> improvements are to be in accordance with the City of Pleasanton Private <br /> Development Design Guidelines adopted April 15, 1986. <br /> j. All access design issues submitted shall meet the more restrictive <br /> requirements found between Americans with Disabilities Act 28 CFR Part 36 <br /> and California Title 24 Chapter 11B in addition to any requirements found <br /> elsewhere in this document. <br /> k. Site directional signage meeting the requirements of Title 24 California <br /> Building Code Chapter 11B and the Americans with Disabilities Act 28 CFR <br /> Part 36 shall be provided from the public way to the entrance of the building <br /> or facility along an accessible route of travel. <br /> I. The site shall provide an accessible path to all business activity areas and <br /> common areas as determined by the Building and Safety Division. <br /> m. All accessible parking stalls shall be located on the shortest accessible route <br /> of travel from the adjacent parking to the accessible entrance. At least one in <br /> every eight accessible spaces must be van accessible, with proper signage <br /> and striping, and the access aisle shall be located on the passenger side of <br /> the stall.
