To progress to a Final Facilities Master Plan, the Board provided guidance on the items <br /> listed: <br /> 1. Site master planning recommendations <br /> 2. Preferred school size policy and recommendation to address projected enrollment <br /> growth <br /> 3. Prioritization approach and impact to project implementation as funding becomes <br /> available <br /> 4. Three level prioritized scope concept: <br /> • Level 1 — Lowest cost, highest immediate impact <br /> • Level 2 — Medium cost, short range (1-5 years) <br /> • Level 3 — Highest cost, long range (5-10 years) <br /> The final version of the Facilities Master Plan will be presented to the Board on January <br /> 29, 2013 for approval.
