Fees are calculated for project budgeting purposes. It is <br /> understood that fees shall be efficient and cost effective toward achieving the maximum results <br /> within the project budgets and will be adjusted accordingly. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> I. ANALYSIS& DATA COLLECTION: <br /> A. Initial client meeting/workshop: program discussion and review. <br /> B. Identify and document Pleasanton's unique visual, environmem:al character. <br /> C. Collect City of Pleasanton's existing Documents, Codes, project Submittal <br /> requirements, landscape specs & details. <br /> D. Collect CAP, WELO, WUCOLS, BFB, NPDES, VMP, Tree Protection, Reclaimed Water <br /> Use, and other local, County, and State ordinances. <br /> E. Collect and review existing Landscape Guidelines & Checklists from Bay area <br /> Cities & Counties including, but not limited to: Fremont. Walnut Creek, <br /> East Bay MUD, Marin MWD, Sonoma MWD, Hacienda Design Guidelines and <br /> Checklists, Hayward, Contra Costa County, Palo Alto etc. <br /> F. Site visits to identify and document low water use plants in the -Fri-Valley vicinity. <br /> G. Client/consultant review meetings, workshops & coordination. <br /> H.
