We have prepared a full range of CEQA/NEPA planning <br /> documents for a variety of projects, including mixed-use, high-density,infill,and housing development projects. <br /> The following presents FirstCarbon's relevant experience in preparing Addendums and Expanded Initial Studies. <br /> High density residential project in San Mateo(Private client)Under Mary Bean's direction, MBA(Janna <br /> Waligorski) prepared an expanded initial study/addendum for a high density residential project in San Mateo, <br /> CA. The initial study/addendum analyzed all CEQA topic areas to confirm whether the revised project design <br /> would result in any impacts that were not disclosed in a prior mitigated negative declaration. <br /> Specific tasks included revising and refining the prior addendum prepared by the City of San Mateo to address <br /> all current CEQA topics and checklist questions, including new guidance relating to greenhouse gas emissions, <br /> agriculture, and transportation.
