Her projects range from commercial and residential infill; large-scale <br /> subdivisions and mixed-use developments; public facilities such as hospitals and fire stations;transportation, <br /> transit, and heavy rail corridors;data centers; and annexations. Janna has completed CEQA documentation <br /> for residential,commercial, retail, and industrial projects;with extensive work on constraints analyses, <br /> environmental justice issues,farmland conversation,transportation and circulation, and visual impacts <br /> (aesthetics), most notably the California Department of Transportation Visual Impact Analysis methodology. <br /> Janna also offers expansive experience in Geographic Information Systems and graphic applications which <br /> allows her to understand and articulate complex spatial concepts.Janna joined MBA in 2008. He has also managed CEQA projects <br /> related to general plan revisions,zone changes,conditional use permits, master plans, and specific plans.
