E. that final park plans shall be submitted to the Park and Recreation Commission for approval; and F. that the park shall be lighted to the satisfaction of. the Police Departtent. 19. That any street rights-of-way shown on the final map as public streets shall be offered for dedication to - public use or in the alternative, these'rights-of-way may be purchased at their market value through a Special aSSessment district for subdivision improve- ments if approved by the City Council pursuant to 8cution 66462(a)(2)'of the Government Code. 20.. That all landscaped areas shownon the development plan (Exhibit B~-Landscape Overlay Plan) as "interior boulevard" shall be installed with street improvements and shall have a final landscape plan for them sub- mitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of any building permits. 21.
