E. that final park plans shall be submitted to <br /> the Park and Recreation Commission for approval; <br /> and <br /> <br /> F. that the park shall be lighted to the satisfaction <br /> of. the Police Departtent. <br /> <br /> 19. That any street rights-of-way shown on the final map <br /> as public streets shall be offered for dedication to - <br /> public use or in the alternative, these'rights-of-way <br /> may be purchased at their market value through a <br /> Special aSSessment district for subdivision improve- <br /> ments if approved by the City Council pursuant to <br /> 8cution 66462(a)(2)'of the Government Code. <br /> <br />20..
