~4. That the number of parking spaces provided to serve all <br /> <br />~~'~ ~o~. The Drachman system of parking lot design designated <br /> for the Office Center segment of the Development Plan is <br /> i~ approved per the development plan. Prior to receiving <br /> ~ Design Review approval for any building on the subject <br /> <br /> ../!~, o~-'~ p~g spaces in the event the Drachman system is <br /> ,~ d~t~ined by the City to be inadequate in providing <br /> . ~,~I.~ off-site parking. The method for providing additional <br /> ~ off-site parking shall be subject to City approval. <br /> <br /> That the developer shall comply with all or pertinent <br /> requirements of the City fire code, <br /> <br /> ~b~t each commercial building shall require a <br /> M~ box security system located on the exterior <br /> ~D~ at elevator locations. The exact location of <br /> ~be~e facilities shall be determined by the Fire <br /> Marshal or Police Department. <br /> <br /> ~. ~b~ [he uses allowed on the subject property shall be <br /> ,i ~h0Se ~shown in Table 1 of that part of the development <br /> lan labeled Exhibit A, General Development Plan. Financial <br /> ~St$tutions shall be treated"as if the subject property <br /> ~re zoned C-R (Regional Commercial) District. <br /> 17. That a landscaping and lighting maintenance district or <br /> contract between' the City and the property owners' <br /> association shall be' established to maintain all <br /> landscaping and lighting within the landscape public <br /> service easements along Stoneridge Mall Road and <br /> Stoneridge Drive and within the landscape medians on <br /> streets RW1 and RW2. It may ~lso be possible to use such -- <br /> a district for the maintenance of the central park. <br /> <br /> 18. That the area shown on the development plan as P1, P2, <br /> P3 shall be private park maintained solely by the <br /> property owners ass6ciation, or landscaping and lighting <br /> maintenance ~aistrict~ but' that the following shall be <br /> complied with .~ <br /> <br /> A. that signing be provided clearly indicating that the <br /> park is a public facility; <br /> <br /> B. that the park shall be designed to allow adequate <br /> poli&e surveillance to assure users safety; <br /> <br /> C.that park rules and regulations shall be in con-. <br /> formance with City park rules and regulations; <br /> <br /> D.that park use hours for the public shall be <br /> posted; -. <br /> <br /> <br />
