For indoor music and entertainment, <br /> the exterior doors of the <br /> establishment shall remain closed <br /> when not being used for <br /> ingress/egress and self-closing <br /> mechanisms shall be installed on all <br /> exterior doors. <br /> iii. For indoor music and entertainment, <br /> the establishment's windows shall <br /> remain closed when <br /> music/entertainment activities are <br /> taking place. <br /> iv. The use is in compliance with all <br /> applicable requirements of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code and all <br /> other applicable laws, particularly <br /> pertaining to noise, public <br /> disturbance, littering, and parking. _ <br /> 6. Special downtown accessory TC <br /> entertainment uses,as defined in Chapter <br /> 18.08 of this Title, and the use does not <br /> comply with the hour restrictions for the use <br /> to be a permitted use. Temporary special <br /> downtown accessory entertainment uses <br /> shall be subject to the requirements of <br /> Section 18.116.060 of this Title. <br /> 7. Special downtown accessory C <br /> entertainment uses, as defined in Chapter <br /> 18.08 of this Title, and the use does not <br /> comply with the hour restrictions and/or <br /> conditions required for the use to be a <br /> permitted use or a temporary conditional use. <br /> F. Amend Chapter 18.74, Downtown Revitalization District, Sections 18.74.010 and <br /> 18.74.120 to add the Downtown Hospitality Area Map to the Downtown <br /> Revitalization District to read as follows: <br /> 18.74.010 Purpose. <br /> The purpose of this chapter is to create a zoning overlay district and strict <br /> regulations applicable to this district which will implement the general plan by <br /> assuring appropriate development consistent with the goals and policies of the <br /> general plan; deter the inappropriate demolition, destruction, alteration, misuse <br /> and neglect of architecturally interesting and significant structures in and the built <br /> context of the district; revitalize the economic growth and health of and foster <br /> civic pride in downtown Pleasanton; stabilize and enhance the value of property; <br /> create and renew proper relationships between tax revenues of real property and <br /> the cost of municipal services; implement the Downtown Hospitality Guidelines <br /> by assuring special downtown accessory entertainment uses located in the <br /> downtown operate in a manner consistent with the intent of the Downtown <br /> Hospitality Guidelines; and thereby promote and protect the health, safety, <br /> comfort, appearance and general welfare of the community. <br />
