THE CITY OF Q <br /> pL£ASANTONe CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> December 4, 2012 <br /> Community Development <br /> Engineering Division <br /> TITLE: APPROVE THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 8062, VINEYARD VILLA <br /> MOBILE HOME PARK (PLEASANTON MOBILE HOME PARK, LP) <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Tract 8062 is a map for a condominium conversion which would convert the existing <br /> mobile home park from rental spaces to spaces which could be purchased. On March <br /> 2, 2010, City Council approved the tentative map and a settlement agreement with <br /> Pleasanton Mobile Home Park, LP. As part of the settlement agreement, the actual <br /> condominium conversion will not be effective any earlier than January 1, 2020. The <br /> filing of this map secures the owner's right to convert this park to a condominium <br /> project, subject to the terms of the settlement agreement. <br /> Staff has reviewed the Final Map and has found it to be in substantial conformance with <br /> the approved tentative Map. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Approve the Final Map for Tract 8062, Vineyard Villa Mobile Home Park. <br /> 2. Accept the Vineyard Avenue street right-of-way dedication in fee on the Final Map. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> No new public improvements are required for this project. Therefore, there is no fiscal <br /> impact to the City. <br />
